Synopsis: Ghost Clown University is in The Realm of Chadah, a place above the clouds where clowns are born, live, and learn to become Earth Clowns. After they graduate university – and when the High Clown Council votes that they are ready – they descend to earth to bring joy to people everywhere. When they run out of joy, they return above the clouds to live out their lives. But something evil is keeping them from returning…
