Synopsis: Ghost Clown University is in the Realm of Chadah, a place above the clouds where Ghost Clowns are born, live, and learn to become Earth Clowns. When deemed ready, they descend to earth to serve their purpose – to bring joy to people everywhere. When they have served their purpose, they are to return to the realm – this is how it has been for millennia. But for the past few decades, something evil on earth is keeping them from returning…
